We start with a detailed consultation to understand your interests, preferences, budget, and travel dates. Based on this, we design a completely customized itinerary that includes destinations, accommodations, activities, and experiences tailored specifically to you. You'll receive a detailed proposal for review and can request adjustments until it's perfect.

We can include destinations throughout Southern Africa, including Kruger National Park, Cape Town, the Garden Route, Mozambique, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and more. Whether you want wildlife viewing, beach relaxation, wine regions, cultural experiences, or adventure activities, we can incorporate them into your itinerary.

We recommend starting the planning process at least 3-6 months in advance, especially for peak travel seasons. However, we can work with shorter timelines depending on availability. The initial consultation and proposal typically take 1-2 weeks, with revisions and finalization taking additional time based on your feedback.

Each Bespoke Tour is unique, so inclusions vary. Typically, our tours include accommodation, meals (as specified), activities and experiences, transportation, guide services, and park fees. International flights, visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses are usually excluded. Your detailed proposal will clearly outline all inclusions and exclusions.

While changes are possible, they depend on availability and may incur additional costs or cancellation fees. We recommend finalizing your itinerary before booking. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and we'll work with you to accommodate modifications whenever possible.
